How to make it
Combine ingredients, except ribs and cilantro, in blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a container large enough to fit ribs. Add ribs and chopped cilantro and marinate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Prepare a grill for medium-high heat. Grill ribs until crispy and caramelized, 5–7 minutes per side, flipping and basting with the marinade frequently. Serve immediately.
